4. Please fill in all blank of the table carefully, make sure your paper code is right and keep your ID code. We will send notice about conference to your email, and make badge of representative by your biography.
5. In case of cancellation, it should be made by no later than Nov. 30, 2008 and applied by written letter, but the registration fee will be refunded minus US$ 50 for administrative charges. The registration fee will be not refunded if cancellation is later than Aug. 17, 2006.
6. You should written to secretariat if want to change the author of paper.
